Vision electrophysiology

Ganzfeld flash ERG

Metrovision's systems allow ganzfeld electroretinography protocols to be carried out according to the ISCEV standard.
Extended protocols such as ERG "on-off", ERG S-cones, negative photopic response (PhNR) are also available.

Multifocal electroretinography

This exam produces a map of the electrical responses from the retina.
It provides information on local alterations as well as on alterations of the different layers of the retina.

Visual field exams

The MonCvONE perimeter is available in different versions:
The PRO (PROfessional) version includes standard automated perimetry and Goldmann style, manual perimetry
The CR (Clinical Research) version for clinical research protocols such as dark-adapted chromatic perimetry
MonCvONE-CR is today the only device on the market allowing visual field examinations to be performed in photopic, mesopic and scotopic conditions.

The advanced software allows the superposition of eye fundus images over the visual field results to perform structure/function analysis.

Dark and light adaptation

The dark adaptation exam assesses the recovery of eye sensitivity after bleaching. Stimulation can be local or global.
The Full field Stimulus Threshold test (FST) assesses the sensitivity threshold to global stimuli after dark or light adaptation.
The Photo Aversion Threshold test (PAT) measures the threshold of discomfort of photophobic subjects.
